SERVICES OVERVIEW
FILLINGS
Fillings – if decay is found on teeth, the decay is removed by cutting it with special dental burs and the teeth’s integrity, function and morphology are restored by filling it with a resin material that has the same color of the tooth.
COMPLETE DENTURE
Dentures – prosthetic devices to replace some or all teeth, which are supported by the hard and soft tissues in the oral cavity. They are removable and can be either complete or partial. We provide options for highly esthetic removable partial dentures.
PARTIAL DENTURE
Dentures – prosthetic devices to replace some or all teeth, which are supported by the hard and soft tissues in the oral cavity. They are removable and can be either complete or partial. We provide options for highly esthetic removable partial dentures.
CROWNS AND BRIDGES
Crowns and Bridges – Crowns are restorations which completely cover a tooth or implant, and are permanently bonded to a tooth with cement. A Bridge is a fixed restoration which is used to replace one or multiple missing teeth by joining an artificial tooth to crowns on remaining adjacent teeth.
WHITENING
Whitening – when teeth become discolored or stained we can make them whiter through either a short in office treatment or through at home whitening trays which are custom made in our office.
VENEERS
Veneers – a thin layer of porcelain placed over the tooth, placed to improve aesthetics or to protect it.
EXTRACTIONS
Extractions – done in situations when the tooth cannot be saved due to too much decay or loss of too much structure in which case restoration is not favorable
INLAYS AND ONLAYS
Inlays and Onlays - Inlays are indirect restorations that in our office are made of ceramic which are specially fitted to a tooth preparation and cemented. An Onlay is similar to an inlay, except that it includes the replacement of a tooth cusp and is thus larger.
ROOT CANALS
Root Canals Therapy – The treatment of the infected nerve of a tooth which eliminates infection and protects the non-affected tooth structure. After root canal therapy a crown is placed to adequately protect the tooth.
ORTHODONTICS
